Step 01

Concept & Drafting

We translate your goals, inspiration, and property details into initial floor plans, elevations, and a 3D model.

Step 02

Review & 3D Walk‑Through

You receive the preliminary plans and walk through your design with us in 3D. Together, we identify adjustments and refinements.

Step 03

Revisions & Refinement

We implement changes based on your feedback to ensure the design fits your vision, needs, and budget.

Step 04

Engineering Prep

We finalize drawings and prepare them for engineering review. This is when we add additional pages to the plan set specifically for construction and permitting.

Step 05

Engineering & Permitting

Once the plan set is detailed out with all the additional pages required for construction and permitting, we work closely with our engineering partners to make any revisions and add details to arrive at a permit‑ready plan set.

If we are building your home, we manage all the paperwork and submittal of the permit package for you with the local permitting jurisdiction.
If you're building independently, we can assist in the permit‑submittal process for a small fee.
If you're building with another contractor, it is recommended that they handle the permitting process.
