Owner, Designer/Drafter

Chad Schroeder

With 16 years of experience in the industry, Chad handles all the design, drafting, and IT work, and shares in the responsibilities of sales and marketing.  He first started working as a laborer in 2006.  During that time, he got hands-on experience framing with SIPs, as well as the other aspects of building SIP single family residences.  The company he worked for recognized his skills with computers and he began drafting all the projects they constructed.  Before the company eventually shutdown during the recession, Chad went back in the field with the owner, and the two constructed their last SIP house from the ground up.  The company was later absorbed by another company, and this combined experience of hands on field work, and creating the plans, specifically with SIPs in mind, proved to be an asset.  He continued to work there until 2016, where he took on the full responsibilities of design, as well as the drafting and IT work.  In 2016, he left to start High-Tech Building and Design Inc with Steve Bull.
